We use vsphere4.1 and guest OS (WIndows2008R2) and database(SQL server 2008R2 which is installed in guest windows2008R2 OS).
If we take cloneback up guest OS partition and data partition which include SQL2008DB ,
Is it possible to restore that cloneback up (OS and DB) and will work fine ?
